We will visit the David Shepherd Elephant Orphanage to see the work that Rachel & Game Rangers International are doing to rehabilitate elephant babies back into the wild. Arriving at Hippo Bay on the shores of the lake in the midafternoon will give us time to visit the local town, take on fuel & spend some time relaxing in a chair on the lake shores.
