Summary

This amazing trip has a strong cultural focus and offers specific activities which are based on the history, archaeology and heritage of the land we have grown to appreciate and call Zimbabwe. This trip includes many great sites to be found throughout Zimbabwe, but some of the highlights include the famous Victoria Falls, Hwange area, Bulawayo Natural History Museum (the Natural History Museum of Zimbabwe), Matopos/Matobo for the historical San or Bushman, the gravesite of Cecil John Rhodes, as well as the gorgeous Rhodes Nyanga Hotel where he resided during his life, Great Zimbabwe, the Ziwa Ruins which are the remains of a vast late Iron Age agricultural settlement of the 15th century, and finally the Mutarazi Falls which is the highest waterfall in Zimbabwe.
