A Visa to Uganda can be obtained upon arrival in the country at the point of entry, which costs US$50 per person. However a single East African Tourist Visa for Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda is also available at a rate of US$100. A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is commonly required for entry into the country, furthermore, if you have any other records of vaccinations, it would be best to bring those along as well. All visitors should take Malaria medication beforehand and afterwards as a preventive measure. It is advisable to drink bottled water rather than tap water, and to seek information from your National Health Office or certain travel websites for the latest Ugandan travel health requirements or information.
