Day 1 Day 1: Arusha

Morning DrivesArusha Arrival, Arusha town We will pick you up from Kilimanjaro airport and continue to Arusha town for dinner and overnight at Venus hotel. Depending on your time of arrival, a complimentary town tour to explore Arusha town, visit a local market, and a traditional bar can be arranged.

Day 2Day 2: Arusha To Tarangire

Morning DrivesAfter breakfast depart for Tarangire, Tanzania’s third largest national park and sanctuary for an unusually large elephant population for game drive, with picnic lunch. Majestic baobab trees are an interesting feature of the park, dwarfing the animals that feed beneath them. Animals concentrate along the Tarangire River, which provides the only permanent water supply in the area. There is a great diversity of wildlife including lions, leopards, cheetahs and up to six thousand elephant. In the afternoon you will continue to Tarangire Sangaiwe lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3Day 3: Tarangire To Manyara

Morning DrivesAfter breakfast you will drive to Mtowambu town on the floor of the Great rift valley, for a guided village tour. In this small but very busy town where people belonging to all 120 tribes in Tanzania live together you will have opportunity to see typical daily life of Tanzanians. Your walking guide who comes from that area will take you to rice and banana plantations where you will interact with the people working in their farms, you will visit a traditional beer bar/factory, you will visit a school and carvings factory where the famous “makonde” use ebony black wood to carve different statues. You will then continue to Lake Manyara national park for game drive with picnic lunch. In this small but very beautiful park with dense forest you will have opportunity to see lots of monkeys, giraffes, elephants, impalas, dik dik, flamingos in the lake and if you are lucky you may spot the rare tree climbing lions.

Day 4 Day 4: Manyara To Ngorongoro Crater
