Summary

Day 1Zanzibar to Dar Es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve
Activities Included
Game drivePick up from your hotel in Zanzibar to Dar es Salaam, Arrive at Dar es Salaam port and begin to drive down south of Dar es Salaam to Selous Game Reserve, the drive shall take 5 to 6 hours. You will arrive in time for lunch, at around 16:00 in the evening depart for sunset boat safari along the great Rufiji River to spotting hippos, crocodiles and birds, and enjoying the spectacular sundown.

Day 2Selous Game Reserve
Activities Included
Game driveAfter early breakfast depart for full day game drive in the Selous Game Reserve exploring the game in the surrounding areas. Animals including elephant, giraffes, lions, buffalo, zebra and even the rare African wild dog are common. Picnic lunch in the mid-day, before the end of the day, return to the camp or lodge for dinner and overnight.

Game driveEarly morning walking safari usually start at 6-6.30am after first-morning tea or coffee, accompanied by an armed ranger, and it will take around 2-3 hours long. After enjoying your breakfast in the morning, check-out then begin the drive back to Dar es salaam for the drop off at seaport heading to Zanzibar or airport.
