Day 1Day 1: Dar es Salaam – Mikumi National Park
Activities Included
Wildlife Photography Game driveAfter breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel or airport in Dar es Salaam and depart for the Mikumi National Park. You will arrive in time for lunch. After lunch you will take off on your first game drive in the park; home to elephant, lion, wild dog, zebra, hyena, buffalo, wildebeest, eland, hartebeest, crocodile, lizards of all kinds and other residents. The park also is resident to over 300 species of birds. Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the Lodge later in the evening.

Day 2Day 2 :Mikumi to Dar es Salaam
Activities Included
Wildlife Photography Game driveAfter an early breakfast you will leave the lodge for a sunrise game drive in the park. Mikumi’s vegetation includes woodland, swamp and grassland with two water holes, Mkata and Chamgore. Apart from the saddle-bill stork, hammer kop and malachite kingfisher, you will also find monitor lizards and the deadly python inhabiting the shallow water. In the afternoon you will leave to park and start your journey back to Dar es Salaam with a stop for lunch at Morogoro Town. After lunch you will then proceed to the agreed Dar es Salaam drop off point. This is where your safari will end.
