This premium 9-day safari offers an unforgettable cultural experience in the heart of Africa. Connect with locals and experience Kenya’s most spectacular sites. Explore Nairobi’s various cultures and dances at Bomas of Kenya and visit a coffee farm to experience daily work of coffee farmers while enjoying fresh ground coffee. We will visit Nyer and have first-hand insights into buying and selling basic commodities in the biggest rural market of East Africa. Enjoy local delicacies with locals after experiencing their day on a tea farm. In Nanyuki, we will have a chance to experience local women projects and culture. We will also see the amazing Samburu culture and their dances in the evenings while the days are spent watching wildlife at the Samburu game park. You will have your own private Driver with a 4 x 4 Jeep for Game Viewing and Photography. Additionally, the tour operator is taking care of the air polluted by owning a tea farm where workers get better pay than in surrounding farms.

Day 1Historical sites in Nairobi town

You will be picked in the morning by our driver guide from the airport upon arrival and after greetings and introductions start your memorable city tour. You visit some of the historical sites in Nairobi town such as old parliament buildings, bomb blast site, first Kenyan president mausoleum, Uhuru park heroes’ site, and government offices. Then head off to lunch at the amazing Kenya National Museum and get a taste of local cuisine before diving into old cultures, history, and well-preserved artifacts. You are later brought to your hotel. Dinner and stay at the Nairobi Best Western hotel (FB).

Day 2: Nairobi - After morning breakfast visit a Kiambu coffee farm and factory and see how coffee is harvested, processed and packed. You will have a chance to taste a sweet cup of Kenyan coffee, which is a thrilling experience. In the afternoon after lunch visits the Bomas of Kenya for exciting traditional songs and dances. Dinner and overnight at Nairobi Meridian hotel (FB).

After early morning breakfast check out from the hotel and head towards Nyeri in the green Central highlands of Kenya. Have a stop at the Karatina Market which is biggest in East Africa and see how the local communities trade with foods and commodities. You will arrive in Nyeri town along the Aberdare ranges for lunch. Later visit the Lord Baden Powell side and graveside. Baden Powell from England is the world-famous founder of the Scouting Movement in 1907 and started the same in Kenya in 1910. Dinner and overnight at the Green Hills hotel (FB).

Day 4Aberdare ranges

After an early morning breakfast drive towards the tea farms along the Aberdare ranges which are the (longest ranges in Africa). You join the local farmers in their farms and participate in tea harvesting. In the afternoon take your harvested leaves to the tea buying center. Later join a local family, learn about their lives and enjoy their mouthwatering traditional foods, a most memorable lifetime experience. Dinner and overnight at the Green Hills hotel. (FB)

Day 5Mount Kenya

After morning breakfast check out from the hotel and heads towards Nanyuki at the foot of the breathtaking Mt Kenya, the second tallest mountain in Africa and UN world heritage site. You then visit a women self-help project in Nanyuki, a women group project where hand-made beading work is done, bee keeping and aloe vera growing and processing. You will have time with the women and can learn or volunteer your expertise service to the group. Later leave and on the way have a stopover at the Equator, which is an imaginary line that divides the world into two and an iconic place for photo taking. Dinner and overnight atSportsman Arms hotel (FB).
