Day 1Nairobi – Aberdare National Park

Kenya National Park arriving in time for lunch. After lunch and tea, we'll set off for the Ark tree lodge, located in the forest on mountain slopes of the Aberdare Mountains at 7,000 feet. This outstanding lodge offers high altitude game viewing, including animals that are rarely encountered elsewhere: giant forest hog, bush pig, tree hyrax, large spotted Genet, and the elusive bongo. Wildlife can be observed from different levels – and from outside where you can see, hear and smell everything and inside, where you can sit with a cup of tea and stay warm and cozy.

Here, these magnificent beasts are given sanctuary from those who would take their lives to sell their horns. We will also have our dinner here and stay overnight.
Day 3Sweetwaters – Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park

After lunch, an exciting game drive is planned for the afternoon. The game in this park is plentiful and magnificent. Your dinner and overnight will be spent at Sarova Woodlands.

Day 4Lake Nakuru - Masai Mara National Park

The park is part of the vast Serengeti plains famously known for its spectacular great wildebeest’s migration and is home of the Big Five: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo, and Rhino. After lunch at our lodge, an afternoon game drive is planned in the park coming back to the lodge in the evening.

Day 5Discover Masai Mara
The search for great predators and perhaps even cubs continues today during our extensive migration game runs. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia trees. We'll return to Mara Sopa Lodge for our dinner and to get some rest.
Day 6Explore Masai Mara Game Reserve
The Masai Mara is one of the greatest wildernesses in the world. Morning and afternoon migration game drives are planned for today. Large mammals are varied, abundant and easy to see. Residents among the mammals of the park are; Masai Giraffe, Buffalo, Impala, Zebra, Topi, both the Thomson’s and Grant’s Gazelles. We'll return to the lodge after your fun-filled day with the animals.

Day 7Discover Masai Mara Game Reserve
Today we will spend a full day in the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. The trees in the distance might turn out to be a family of Giraffes. Those clump of bushes a pride of Lions, and the rock that moves a Rhino lumbering out of your way. With diligence and some luck, you may encounter a family of Cheetahs, or a herd of Elephants crossing the path in front of you. Large animals are not the only entertainment – a family of warthogs may amuse you, running as fast as their little legs will carry them until they forget why they are rushing and stop to regroup. We'll then have some dinner at the Mara Sopa Lodge and also get some rest for the next day.
Day 8Masai Mara - Nairobi
You'll enjoy an early morning breakfast at the camp or lodge. Once we checkout, we'll conduct a game drive en-route to Nairobi arriving in time for lunch. This will then conclude the wonderful trip as you board your homebound flight!
