This is a 3 Days Private or group Safari to Maasai Mara in budget accommodation. It is dedicated to solo travelers or any small group of tourists who want to break from city boredom. It is a fantastic weekend getaway in Maasai Mara for those living in Nairobi or foreigners who just want to relax after series of business meetings or those with long layovers. Day 1: After breakfast from your hotel or residence in Nairobi, we will pick you up and leave for Masai Mara. We drive through the great Rift valley with short photo stop at the Mahi Mahiu view point-here you will have a glance at the expanse of the rift valley. Mara ecosystem is home to big 5: Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. We will arrive in time for lunch our Camp and some rest before departing for the afternoon drive. Other animals in the Park include Maasai Gifaffe, Buffalo, Eland and thousands of plain game including impala, zebra, Tophi, both Thompsons and Grant Gazelles.

Activities Included

Day 2: After the morning Breakfast at 6.30am, you will leave for a full day game drive with packed lunch. The search for the great wild animals continues. On the plains are large herds of Herbivores grazing and cheetahs and leopards hiding in their locations. The Masai Mara is regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife viewing areas. There have been some 95 species of mammals, amphibians and reptiles and over 400 birds species recorded on the reserve. Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant, and it is for this reason a visitor hardly misses to see the big five (buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and rhino). The midday meals will be at the picnic Mara River migration point. Later you will return to the camp for dinner.

An early morning game drive up to 9.30am in seach of more wildlife, you have an option of also doing a balloon flight over the plains and hills of Masai Mara after which you will come back to the camp for breakfast. You will have time to visit a Maasai Village (Manyatta). Here you will sneak an peek into the Masai culture, A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. You will then depart for Nairobi with lunch at Narok. You will arrive Nairobi late int he evening and you will be dropped at your residence.
