Day 1Transfer from Lusaka to Kafue river Lodge
On the first day you will be met by the guide who will transfer you to the Lodge. The trip takes 5-6 hrs

Activities Included
Boat Cruise Morning DrivesSet out to sight the variety of wildlife in our area. As the drive begins to wrap up, meet our team and the resident puku at the Hot Springs for brunch. Following that wonderful safari siesta, stroll down to the deck to have an evening birding boat cruise the Kafue River.

Activities Included
Canoeing Evening Drives Game WalkThe morning begins on foot as you walk upriver through the Lunga Luswishi enjoying the birding and following any worthwhile tracks or sounds. Once you reach the allocated spot upriver, you will then jump into canoes and enjoy a paddle down the Kafue back to camp - a morning with the best of both worlds! After an island brunch and lengthy siesta, it’s time for a relaxing evening drive looking for nocturnal creatures and big cats at night!

Evening Drives FishingThis morning begins on the boat with fishing for the incredible range of largemouth bream, yellow fish and pike. This is brilliant water for artlure fishing but can be enjoyed equally by pro anglers and novices alike! After brunch and the safari siesta, we jump on the bikes for an afternoon cycle. As the sun is going you will arrive at the game drive vehicle for sundowner cocktails. Following cocktails, you can enjoy an evening game drive back to camp.
