Camping Canoeing General Photography Landscape photography Wilderness Trail Photo-safari Culture Animal Tracking Game Walk Game drive Bird Watching Scenic Drive Morning Drives Bird Photography Cheetah Tracking Wildlife Photography Boat Cruise Township tourDeparture for the delta is @ approx. 7:30am. You climb on a 4X4 vehicle and bash around on dirt tracks for approx. one and a half hours (depending on the season and conditions of the road) and you’ll be dropped at the mokoro station in the southern part of the delta. A mokoro poler will be introduced to you and will be your boatman and guide throughout the trip. Depending on the length of the trip, you can expect to spend a few hours poling on the mokoro, having lunch along the way, and doing game walks into the bush. Your poler will find a nice campsite and help you collect some firewood for cooking. Remember, this is the bush and there are no facilities, back to basics, no showers, no toilets. While you are on the trip, remember to listen to your guide, he has grown up and lived in this area most of his life. He will not only show you many fascinating things, he will also keep you out of trouble and safe while you’re in the bush.

Camping Canoeing General Photography Landscape photography Wilderness Trail Photo-safari Culture Animal Tracking Game Walk Game drive Bird Watching Scenic Drive Morning Drives Bird Photography Cheetah Tracking Wildlife Photography Boat Cruise Township tourHave your early breakfast and start the morning with an exciting game drive in the Savuti. This is one of the fascinating areas. The Savuti Marsh, fed by the Savuti channel, has developed a reputation over the years as one of the World’s premier predator viewing areas, boasting one of the highest concentrations of wildlife on the African continent. A number of award winning documentaries have cemented this reputation. Key to this area is the unpredictable Savuti Channel, which sometimes flows from the Linyanti's waterways and into the heart of Chobe National Park, flooding the Savuti Marsh. Even when dry, the marsh is a real attraction; a vast, open grassland dotted with the skeletons of drowned trees. You will return to camp for lunch and siesta and in the afternoon conduct a game drive that would take you to the Savuti hill to view the San rock paintings. “Don’t be charged by a resident leopard!” Your drive continues to some of the hot game spots with plenty of game. Your dinner will be hosted back at camp. Accommodation is in Bush Tents for 2 nights (Savuti/Chobe National Park)
