He is a Maasai elder from Ngorongoro and runs a foundation, Nimo Tanzania, to fund higher education for talented youth from local Maasai and Datoga families in the Ngorongoro. As a wildlife guide, Loserian has a 6th sense for tracking animals and can recognize over 200 birds by the shape of their shadow.
