South Luangwa national park is one of the prime spots for superb game viewing in Southern Africa. The park is renowned for its high population of leopards which are commonly seen on night drives; expect to see a number of lions, large herds of elephant as well as great numbers of hippo in the park. Day 1Arrival-South Luangwa National Park
On arrival you will be met and assisted for transfer to the lodge. Settle in and spend the rest of the day at leisure and explore your beautiful surrounding or laze about around the pool. Dinner is your first included meal.

Evening Drives General Photography Morning Drives Night drive Self-drive Wildlife Photography Game drive Bird Watching CultureToday you will set out for a morning game drive in the Luangwa. It's an early start but it is worth it. With the sun just rising, a light breakfast will be served to start the day. By 6 am you will be heading into the park for 4 hours of wonderful wildlife with one of the expert local guides. There will be a quick mid-morning rest stop, light snack and a stretch. You'll be back around 10 am with irreplaceable memories, great photos and an urge to laze about around the pool. South Luangwa National Park has one of the largest concentrations of wildlife in Southern Africa and is home to Africa’s most famous wildlife and scenery.

General Photography Morning Drives Night drive Wildlife Photography Game drive Bird Watching CultureAfter some carefree monkey watching, working on your tan, enjoying a tasty brunch, and possibly getting some time to relax, snacks with tea, coffee and juice will be served at 3 pm. Around 3:30 pm you'll set out to enjoy the last few hours of daytime wildlife. As the sun starts to disappear, you'll stop for sun-downers, some epic sunset pictures and then head into the night to try catch some of the elusive nocturnal creatures with the help of an eagle eyed spotter and his light.
